How long will it take to receive my order?

Our average lead time for production is 2-5 business days from purchase date.

Shipping is conducted via USPS for domestic and international orders.

Standard First class mail averages 3-5 days for delivery
Priority Mail takes 2-3 days for delivery
Priority Express takes 1-2 days for delivery

1. International shipping times may vary but on average take 10-25 days for delivery.
2. Customs charges are covered by the purchaser of the item at the time of receipt.

Do you accept returns? 

Absolutely!

Orders qualifying for return must be postmarked to our address within 14 days of your original order delivery date (as noted in your tracking information). Returns will have the original shipping fee deducted. We recommend shipping your return with USPS Priority Mail and keeping your tracking number handy along with including your original order number in the package for faster processing. In the event of lost packages without a tracking number we are unable to issue your refund.
